Catique is a network of small businesses (see more on the 'About' page. Your products may be shipped from multiple sites
depending on what you order.
Our normal policy is to ship your purchases within three (3) to five (5) days. If you are ordering a customized product,
the description of the product will contain notice of any restrictions on shipment and ordering specific to that product.
Because we are a network of owners, we cannot control the method of shipment, but normally, your purchases will be shipped
by priority mail via the United State Postal Service. Larger items or items requiring special packaging may be shipped by
United Parcel Service. If you have a restriction on how you can receive your purchase, please add a comment to that effect
with your order.
